About the Campaign

I’ve been involved as a volunteer director with Chatswood Chamber of Commerce for the past 6 years, and with Chatswood Sleeps Rough for the past 4 years.

This initiative to host a local Chatswood Sleep Out with Chatswood Westfield is really important as a framework to open the chance for our community to help our community. As an opportunity to connect with the people who care for our community, and with the local business owners that you deal with regularly.

The 2019 Chatswood Sleeps Rough is held on Friday 23rd August 2019, Chatswood Westfield undercover carpark. 7pm to 7am.

Fully supported by Chatswood Westfield, you will be in a safe environment with full-time security, plenty of brand-new cardboard to set up your home for the night and keep clean from the carpark concrete, bring your sleeping bags, pillows, blow-up mattresses and warm clothing to pass the night. Food, drinks and entertainment on the night. But most of all – you are chatting with the local community, discovering something different and supporting this cause.

What I’m asking you for:

#1 – I would love for you to join me and have some fun on the night

If not, #2 – please donate so that Street Work and The Salvation Army can do their job.

If not now…then when?

If not you…then who?

All donations are tax-deductible.
